It was a resounding success, 15 people participated and everyone had a blast! The winner was chef Samuel Laurent (Sable with ganache and blackberries).
For those of you who may be asking what exactly a Bake-Off is; it’s a cooking battle between two teams. Both teams were assigned an ingredient, and each team had to make their own dish. Think of it as the JETAA Q/A version of Iron Chef.
